Glad to see your sense of humor showcased.

Ontario-centricity (blaming auto-correct for that one.)

Thank you, anonymous user, the burden of this faux pas has been hanging over my head since the video was posted. I’ve been pacing my room frantically, wringing my hands while beads of perspiration languished on my brow. I’ve worn an oval in the rug (figuratively).
Now that it is out in the open, a great weight has been lifted.
The Yukon is not a province. It is a territory. I could shout it from a mountain top. THE YUKON IS NOT A PROVINCE… I knew this, of course. As I did graduate from 8th grade with some minor distinction (most likely to improve). I can offer no explanation for the error, outside of my tragic Ontario-centrism.
Should you find it in your heart to cease your head shaking and forgive my misstep, I vow to do all I can to express the distinction going forward.
Thank you for helping me be a better man—a better prospector.
    With sincere regret,
    Jonathan

one thing he didn’t mention was his awesome research skills… which would have illuminated to him that Yukon is NOT a province but one of Canada’s three territories… smh

If anyone should be wandering northern lands telling stories, it’s this man.

The only thing more beautiful than this video is that beard. If the video didn’t tell me, I would have already assumed John was a prospector from the Yukon. Might as well put two and two together…
